iii. ‘Find a Hospital’ (Cari Rumah Sakit);
iv. ‘Find a Doctor’ (Cari Dokter); and
v. any other services that we may add from time to time, (each, a “Service” and together, the “Services”).
D. The Platform serves as an intermediary platform connecting you with healthcare providers, including doctors and hospitals (“Services Providers”).
E. The Platform allows you to send a request for a Service to a Service Provider. The Service Provider, in its sole discretion, may accept or reject your request for the requested Service.
F. This Platform and the Services do not constitute the practice of medicine nor the practice of any medical, nursing or other professional healthcare service. You should seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your personal health or medical conditions. If you have or suspect that you have a medical problem or condition, please contact a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
G. We are a technology company, not a healthcare provider and we do not provide health services. We do not employ the Service Providers and we are not responsible for any acts, defaults, negligence and/or omissions of the Service Providers. A. You agree to:
